2-Year Workmanship Warranty

 

For the first two years following the completion of our work, your property is covered for defects in materials or workmanship related to our scope of services. This includes:

• Installed components such as doors, interior finish work, hardware and other elements handled by our team

10-Year Structural or Major Component Warranty

 

For commercially restored buildings, multi-family, hospitality or large-scale properties we service, we extend coverage for up to ten years on major structural or engineering components tied to our work. This ensures that load-bearing systems, roof decks, or major rebuild elements are protected from qualified defects that affect the long-term safety and integrity of the property.

Manufacturer and Product Warranties

 

Many of the materials and products we install—such as roofing membranes, mechanical systems, or specialty components—carry their own manufacturer warranties. These provide additional coverage and often complement our workmanship and structural warranties.
