1-Year Workmanship Warranty

 

For the first two years following the completion of our work, your property is covered for defects in materials or workmanship related to our scope of services. This includes:

• Roofing installations, repairs or restorations

• Remediation or restoration services (e.g., water mitigation, moisture mapping, reconstruction)

• Installed components such as doors, interior finish work, hardware and other elements handled by our team
  Our workmanship warranty ensures that the work done by CPC performs reliably, to the standard you expect.​

Manufacturer and Product Warranties

 

Many of the materials and products we install - such as roofing membranes, mechanical systems, or specialty components - carry their own manufacturer warranties. These provide additional coverage and often complement our workmanship and structural warranties.

How to Request Service

 

If an issue arises, please submit a warranty service request through our online Warranty Form or contact the CPC service team at warranty@cpc-tx.com. We will promptly review your request, dispatch qualified personnel as needed, and coordinate any necessary repairs—because your property is as important to us as it is to you. The Owner must provide CPC written notice of any defective work within ten (10) days of discovering it.​
