Claremont Property Company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts across our growing multi-state operations.
Claremont is a full-service disaster response and reconstruction contractor specializing in restoring properties impacted by catastrophic events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and fires. Our work environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and centered around people.
This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates across a wide range of roles—from office staff to field personnel—to support both daily operations and large-scale emergency response projects.
While the position is based in Houston, Texas, recruitment efforts will support operations across Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Missouri, Ohio, and other regions as project demand requires.

The person we are looking for will need to meet or exceed all on the following list of requirements to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company growth and workforce needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for field and office positions across multiple states
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs
• Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings across recruiting platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate evaluations with hiring managers
• Collaborate with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and identify talent gaps
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide timely feedback
• Promote the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing and industry engagement
• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
• Prepare recruitment reports and insights for senior management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and internal policies
• Coordinate onboarding with HR to ensure successful integration of new hires

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting both field personnel and corporate professionals preferred
• Background in construction, restoration, or emergency services industries is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated and capable of adapting to rapidly changing operational demands
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in high-pressure or time-sensitive hiring environments preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:
Salary range based on experience: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
